Today we all had a blast at Galaxy Land, riding as many rides as we could for 6 1/2 hours!!
Nora is actually quite a thrill seeker! She loved the rides... especially the roller coaster!
Curtis and I each rode the Mind Bender roller coaster, too!! It was GREAT!! At least I thought so :)
I had to go on it twice!

West Edmonton Mall... Day 1 and Day 2
Here's just a few pictures of the first 2 days at West Ed!
The first day was very exciting! We had front row seats at the Sea Lion Show, and even got our picture taken beside a sea lion! (I'll try to scan that picture onto the computer when we get home)
We had an all day pass to the Marine Life Caverns where we saw sting rays, penguins, sea stars, reptiles and other sea creatures. We were even allowed to touch some of them, and even Nora got to feel a sting ray and sea star! She really loved the sting rays!!
The kids have been inside the whale's mouth about a dozen times already!
We also got to watch amazing young ice skaters that looked almost professional! Nora was pretending to be a "princess on ice". Watch the video and you will see....
The second day had us playing at the Water Park for 5 1/2 hours!! We all had so much fun on the waterslides and in the wave pool!

This and That
It's been a while since I've "blogged", so I thought I'd give an update. I don't have any pictures this time, though. Mostly I've been taking pictures lately to post items on my Etsy site I started about 2 weeks ago. Etsy is an online marketplace for handmade goods.
Please check out my Etsy page and give me any comments, or advice you may have. Also, if you have ideas for things you'd like to see me have for sale, let me know that too.

We're also starting to get ready to leave for our family vacation! We're heading out to West Edmonton Mall! We'll also be stopping in at Mom and Dad's in Weyburn on the way there and at Jen and Greg's in Regina on the way back! It'll be so nice to take a trip, and the kids are counting down the sleeps! I've shown them pictures online of WestEd, and they are very excited! There's a lot to pack for 9 days!!

Great kids!
I decided it was time for a "non-dress" post!
I am so thankful for these amazing children that God has blessed us with!! They are so much fun, and it's such a joy to watch them learn and to see their unique personalities!

New Sewing Machine!
I had to get a new sewing machine, and I'm so excited with the one that I got! One of it's features that I used on this dress is the decorative stitching on the bodice and hem. I really like how it looks! There are so many features on the sewing machine and it is soooo fantastic! Maybe I'm a little weird to get excited over a sewing machine....but, oh well! Some of you out there know exactly how exciting it is!

Easter Weekend
Nora loved her new Easter dress! She was so excited for me to get it finished, and when I mentioned to my mom on Saturday that I just had to put the zipper in, Nora disappeared for a bit and came running back with the dress she had got from my room and said "Here's the dress Mommy! You can put the zipper in now!"
We had a really nice Easter weekend! Mom and Dad came for a visit and we attended the annual Carman Lectureship. It was a wonderful time of fellowship, singing, and sermons.
