The other day we got a tree cut down in our yard. It was just in the way and needed to go. Hopefully before winter we can get the tree in the backyard cut down also.
Nora and Levi started swimming lessons last week (they're in the same class). They're really enjoying it and doing great! We also tried out the new spray park after a lesson one day!
Nora is now 5 and will be starting Kindergarten in a few weeks!

Church Picnic!
We had a great time at the annual church picnic yesterday!
The highlight of the day for the kids was the "Slip N' Slide"!
We all enjoyed a variety of games and activities as well as a "Candy Scramble" and fireworks display!
Nora wrapped herself in a blanket to watch the fireworks...and Levi held his ears the whole time!

May Long
We had a great weekend here with Mom and Dad visiting! One of the highlights for the kids (and the grandparents too) was doing puzzles together and also playing "Go Fish".

Housewarming!
On Sunday afternoon we had a wonderful "Housewarming Open House" with an attendance of 36 people! It was a wonderful time and we feel so blessed that we had a full house of family and friends!
The weather was great, and a small baseball game was even played!

Soccer!
Soccer season begun last week! Both kids are really enjoying it! They have each scored a goal a game!
Nora is #14 on the yellow team and Levi is #8 on the orange team.

Getting settled in...
The move went great this past weekend! Thanks so much to everyone who helped! We are loving it here and slowly unpacking and making it our own.
I decided to let the kids have a little fun with the useless pull-down blinds that were left here. They thought it was great!
